About
The Warehouse Antiques and collectables is a unique purpose built fully heated and carpeted centre , well laid out with wide corridors and easily viewed dealer spaces with a huge variety of antiques and collectables. The 15,000 square foot centre has space for some 100 dealers all on one level with full and easy access for disabled and able-bodied alike. Around 50 glass display cabinets are currently filled with everything from militaria to jewellery and ceramics to glass. There is now a recently added book shop with space for some 20,000 books and stock from antiquarian to modern with several specialised areas to suit all interests. The centre is in the same building as Beers of Europe and the Steiff shop.

The antique centre has lots to view. The beer cellar has a large selection of beers, wines and spirits. We particularly like the Belgian bers. The attached restaurant/ cafe has good food at reasonable prices with attentive service.

What a lovely way to spend an Autumnal afternoon ! First a delicious lunch in the cafe, (in which dogs are made very welcome) followed by a perusal around the many stalls of antiques, bric-a-brac and collectables. Plenty of room to get round on my mobility scooter. Cam well recommend The Warehouse at Setchey if you are looking for that special something !

My first time visiting the Warehouse Antiques and Collectables at Kings Lynn. Fantastic place to visit.
It is a big place, with such a huge variety of collectables- from Steiff bears, to paintings, furniture, vintage knick nacks. As said by others the prices vary, and you can get some really good bargains. The owners are really friendly, and we were greeted and given a quick intro on where to find bits and pieces, then left to enjoy browsing.
Everything is well spaced, it is airy, light and a nice place to visit.
I will definitely be visiting again.

Upon entering… via a beer warehouse?? Random. We were greeted by a friendly man, always nice.
The actual centre itself seemed a bit, well, just rubbish to be honest! Having visited MANY antique centres, this is definitely the worst one, small dealer sections which although laid out in a grid pattern felt as if it didn’t flow properly so you end up walking back on yourself several times.
I know stock changes all the time and everyone has different tastes but the items just seemed like junk and charity shop items… but priced differently of course!
Also the place was extremely cold and we visited on a warm October day.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear that your visit didn’t meet your expectations. We always aim to offer a variety of items for all tastes, and I’m sorry that you didn’t find what you were looking for on this occasion. I appreciate you mentioning the layout, as we’re constantly looking for ways to improve the experience. Your comments about the temperature are also noted, and we'll take that into account for future visits. I'm glad to hear that you were greeted warmly, though, and we hope you'll consider giving us another try in the future.

Antiques aren’t really my thing so I was a bit reluctant going here but was really impressed!
It first have the dingy feel a lot of these stores have. It was fresh and interesting and I liked the fact everything was almost set out in little rooms so you could take your time and look round each one.
Loads of really interesting stuff… not just antiques but quirky every day stuff too.
Attached you have a Beers of the World store which was fantastic and a great new restaurant also which we made full use of.
Very nice customer service too!

We visit here every time we are in the area and find the centre easy to get round, plenty of parking outside. The stock changes reguarly and the staff are friendly and helpful. Someone mentioned there was no discount available, there is but it depends on each dealer, I got discount on a number of items and even items that I didn' t were well priced. The cafe is great for a drink or a cake with a large sit in or outside area. I would highly recommend a visit

Disappointing. Easy to get round on my mobility scooter. Located some items we wanted but no discount at all if under £20 even when buying in bulk. We are dealers and usually offer a discount. So Bargain hunt were there and they always get discounts. Also it says cafe and restaurant. But only a very expensive menu. We had only required a snack. But nothing. Told 'we have cake" but again limited selection. Appeared only chocolate. It was 100 miles to get there and had been before except due to Covid no food. Won't be coming again.

We are local to this warehouse and rarely pass by without popping in for a brouse. The showroom is well laid out, warm and welcoming. For those looking for a bargain look no further, as the stock is well priced. If you want to pause during viewing there are hot drinks available as well as clean indoor toilets. It's a place worth taking the time to visit.

A well laid out building, clean, well lit and airy. All carpeted. Masses of pods covering all types of antiques & collectables. The items that were of interest to us seemed quite highly priced. Clean toilets and staff are polite.
We dropped in on the way home from the coast as it was recommended by other people in another antique shop. Well worth a visit!

Visited the Warehouse a few days ago on our way back to London after visiting family. Well worth the small detour we had to make. Massive place, clean and fresh feeling with I guess over 150 cabinets and spaces. Big range of stuff at good prices. We love the Arts and Craft period and there are at least 2 specialist cabinets. The one nearest the entrance has some really interesting pieces in. We only bought small this time but we will be going back.
It’s a bit tucked away but worth finding if you’re in the area.
