What a lovely old place, but typical of slack council management, they need to fulfill their responsibilities and maintain the fabric properly. The volunteer staff could not be faulted and helped us have a lovely evening. Beware there's only provision for one wheelchair.

This historic building is leased from the National Trust to Kings Lynn Town Council under a repairing lease, but it appears that the council are neglecting their responsibilities because the building, and especially the auditorium are badly in need of refurbishment. A volunteer kindly gave...More

Only used the café. Called in for a cuppa. There was a good selection on offer. Only downside was they shut at 3pm and there was no indication of closing time on the menu.

Lovely small theatre, a great range of shows from plays, musicals, kids shows and films. Crofter coffee house below. Staggered seating, no areas where you can't see.

Very poor administrative procedures when booking. They completely messed up the booking I made and seemed to have no idea how to resolve it. Such a shame as they have some great events there but until professional staff are employed it will be third rate...More
