Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We arrived about 11.30 on Good Friday.
Went round the antique centre which is vast, no, it really is huge, lots of separate dealers in a warehouse. A bit of a flat experience not many dealers there, so no banter going on, but the choice is really diverse and vast.
Next to the beer warehouse, again vast, there were quite a few empty shelves and again the experience could have been improved with taster stations or deal of the week. There was no life to it.
We then went to the tap room which was incredible. If I was just reviewing that, it would have 6 stars!
It was, quite simply brilliant.
We had booked a table and said we had someone in a wheelchair.
The table was ready for us - they had already taken a chair away to give space. A big thumbs up for that.
There was a great menu, loads of choice.
A good selection of beers on draft.
We opted for a hot dog (proper sausage, not a plastic hot dog) a burger and a pulled pork burger (shared between two of us).
All had various side dishes, the pulled oue came in a pretzel style bun which was delicious and with home made coleslaw and a dip for chips.
Both the others had different side dishes.
The food was quite simply deliciousand it was served on warmed plates.
The attention to detail and quality in this tap room / restaurant was clear. Everything was done properly.
The toilets were spotless, including a real disabled toilet.
The wheelchair access was good all through the site.
The children playgound looked good.
The whole place was dog friendly.
The staff in the restaurantcwere all well trained, attentie, friendly and good at their job.
Thank you to Jo, who looked after us. Very pleasant and helpful.
All in all a great experience, one that we will repeat especially for a meal.

Gosh, what a visit this was! Spotted lots of beers I've enjoyed abroad and picked up some German favourites that I've not enjoyed for years. Recommended!

While staying in the local area we wanted to see what was about and my husband a fan of beer we thought why not go for a wonder. It was easy to find, ample parking and a great range of beers to choose from of varying prices. We saw through the door the warehouse bar that at 11am was already bustling and had we thought about it we would have stayed for a bite to eat, looked very inviting. I would suggest a bit of music while perusing, when we went it was quiet. The lady at the till was lovely, chatty and welcoming. Would recommend a visit.

We got the impression that they’d been busy as there were a lot of empty shelves! It’s clear that they have a lot of choice, with some decent prices but some more commonly available items are better priced elsewhere. If you’re after something unusual & prepared to pay for it, this is definitely the place to go.

The site itself has ample parking and a huge range of beers as well as spirits and wines. Prices seemed very reasonable. Pity that we live in Manchester - so far away !

I ordered from Beers of Europe ahead of my dad's birthday as I am in Australia, to show I am thinking of him.
I heard from the company that my order was flagged as 'very high risk' - I advised I had ordered from them before so that was odd, but to do whatever it takes. They offer next day delivery so we still had time.
A charge was taken from my card to verify it. I advised the amount as requested, so that the order could be fulfilled in time for delivery on his birthday.
Then crickets. Not a word of response nor apology & I subsequently find out from my dad that nothing arrived. Still hasn't.
Now I look like a terrible daughter thanks to these jokers.

Haven't been to Setchley for 18 months but was in the King's Lynn area and made a deliberate detour to visit. With such a wide choice it was easy to put together a selection of themed beers as Xmas gifts and the wide range of Belgian beers is always tempting. Particularly pleased with finding a 'Sheffield Wednesday Pale Ale' for a supporter - I mean, how rare is that in Norfolk?
