The original and still the best. Set in the heart of Britain's largest lowland pine forest, our first ever course is centred around 30 miles of bike and walking trails from which to explore 50,000 acres of forest. And the mother of all our courses features our classic Tree Top Adventure, Forest Segways and Tree Top Junior. Our Tree Top Adventure features a NEW Tarzan Swing, back-to-back black crossings (don't worry, they're optional!) and an Alpine zip (that goes from tree to tree). Now that's worth shouting from the tree tops! And the adventure does not need to stop there. You can get off the beaten track and enjoy our forest adventure with Go Ape Forest Segway - an epic experience with a down to earth twist. And Thetford Forest is also home to our Tree Top Junior Adventure for Mini Tarzans. Release your little monkeys onto a Go Ape course designed for them. No one loves adventure more than kids!

Went round twice with my kids and everyone had great fun. Excellent fun even if your not a fan of heights or climbing ladders like me lol. All the climbing is worthwhile to go down the zip wires. Good that you can go at your own pace and you don't feel rushed

always enjoyed this venue. Gets very busy in summer and school holidays so booking for Great Ape is essential. Take the grand children there with their parents

I went with my sister and brother-in-law. Had so much fun. I'm not really an outdoor kinda girl, but i loved it. Seems a lot of money in exchange for a lot of fresh air, but if you fancy a little challenge and a bunch of fun then book now.

Good fun day out. Very physical but safe and accessible to all ages. Worth a visit but would suggest a sunny day visit as attraction is in forest and quite shady so when sun not out was very cold. Make sure everyone that goes is prepared to get sweaty and dirty. Landing from a zip wire normally means muddy legs... More

Its great fun for anyone seeking some treetop excitement. The instructors are friendly and approachable and the course offers a variety of different obstacles whilst offering a pleasant view of the surrounding forrest. My only complaint is the cost as it is a little expensive, specially considering the fact parking is extortionate! Go Ape is fun for all ages and... More

Not for the faint hearted, But great if you fancy swinging across 20 ft open spaces on a wire or sliding down a very long zip wire to land in soft bark. AS long as you do as you are told by your SAFETY instructors YOU cannot Fall. BE Tarzan and Jane for an afternoon.

We enjoyed this but at £33 per person it was way over priced. We got another shock when we went to leave and discovered the parking was £11 - Ye Gods its in the middle of the Thetford forest! If you can live with that then go because the instructors were very good and your safety is paramount - the... More
