    Excellent visit and wonderful staff
Visited today (07.10) with my 6 year old son and his friend. We arrived in good time for our 1.00pm session (we had booked a double slot), there was no queue at the reception where we received a warm and friendly welcome. Everything pre-bouncing was very organised, including the safety briefing and overall we had a great time. I would like to give a shout out to the staff who were patrolling the main floor, as they really engaged with the children and you could see, took their roles seriously. Over the course of the two hours we were there, I watched them regularly check on everyone, give tips on how to bounce, had a laugh with the children, but also address anyone who wasn't bouncing safely, in a firm but fair manner. The staff when we visited were excellent and a credit to the company.

Not Great, but Lots of Potential
ARRIVAL When we arrived, we were greeted by not very nice staff, who told us that we were not allowed to wear our own grippy trampolining socks. But we said, that the last time we went, we were allowed to wear own socks, but a staff member said, "last time is last time". The socks are cheap and came apart after one time. EXPERIENCE Before entering the trampolining area ,we had to sit in front of a TV to watch a safety briefing, about what you can and can't do. The following rules are pointless and make trampolining boring: No running on the trampolines No playing it/tag Not allowed to have more than one person on a trampoline Not allowed to run into each other I know that safety is important, but this is taking it to a whole other level. I have lived around the world and I was born in Dubai. In Dubai you were allowed to do anything you wanted , with in reason. FOOD For food, I ordered a ham and cheese toasty, that was served with ready salted crisps, salad with a sweet dressing and little bread cubes. For a trampolining park, the food was pretty good for the price of 4 pounds. It is a bit sad, but because of all of the rules and procedures I would not be coming back in a hurry. Luke Ranson, Age 12

Great place but staff need some more training
My family and I visited the trampoline park on a day when it wasn't very crowded, which was a great bonus for us. Overall, most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere for visitors. However, our experience was slightly marred by an incident with one staff member. Unfortunately, the staff member's interaction with my 7-year-old daughter was less than ideal. He raised his voice at her for entering the trampolines a minute earlier than the designated time, causing her to feel upset and cry. While we addressed the issue with the staff member and suggested a more positive approach in handling such situations, it was disappointing to experience in a children-oriented setting. Despite this incident, our daughter eventually calmed down and resumed her enjoyment of the trampoline park after a short break. We hope that the management addresses these concerns and ensures that all staff members maintain a welcoming and respectful attitude towards visitors, especially children. In conclusion, the trampoline park offers a fun and engaging experience for families, but improvements in staff training and customer service could elevate the overall experience for visitors. We look forward to seeing positive changes and revisiting in the future.

The staff were all very helpful and polite. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of a coffee - £2.90 for quite a large cappuccino. Kids had a great time and we look forward to returning.

Very poor customer service. Manager made us feel unwelcome and was rude. He would benefit from taking a course in customer service.

Quite expensive and very restrictive due to health and safety, foam pit smelt like sweaty teenagers, food options were very basic - mostly sugar or chocolate. Sadly wouldn’t go back any time soon.

Manager that supports bullying.
A child hit my child deliberately with a ball in his face .My husband confronted him.
Then the mother of the child and the manager got involved. The manager said that my husband shouldn't tell anything to the child .After checking CCTV showing that the child really hit my son in the face told us it wasn't that hard really and "we won't take this any further at this time".I really wouldn't expect supporting that behavior by a manager. We won't come back to that place.

Disappointing... went for my sons birthday, despite having trampolining socks they were adamant we had to purchase their own as others can ruin their trampolines?? Really?? No prior advice the the rainforest section would be closed - kids were gutted, little kids section apparently closes early so our toddler had nothing to do (too small for the main areas) - all in all a little deflated and will 100% be going to jump in next time, far better experience

Very disappointing. Firstly not enough staff at the pay point, despite arriving early, this delayed us getting our full hour session. This was further delayed but an unnecessarily long safety video.
Clearly over booked the session, as the trampolines were crowded and at points struggle to even find room to jump.
Safety staff (police) were miserable and literally picked up children for what looked like simply playing. I understand they have a duty of enforcing safety, however it really wasn’t the fun experience it is sold to be
