Lovely local aquarium
Oct 2021 • Friends
Had a lovely time having a look around, great local stories showcasing seafaring life in Lyme, and feeding the mullet a real highlight! So nice to go somewhere with genuinely longstanding local history.

Excellent small family run Aquarium
Sep 2021
This is not a sea-life centre aquarium, but its a small, excellent one.
You can feed the fish, feel them taking the food from your hand, hold a starfish, learn about local history, fossils (You can buy some if you want) and marine life close to Lyme Regis. For £7 each its worth it

Small but lovely!
Oct 2021 • Couples
This aquarium is very small but it is a wonderful little aquarium right on the sea front. One of the staff members has trained the fish to eat from your hands & gives you the chance to hike a starfish too which is really wonderful. It’s a lovely small business which we were happy to contribute towards.

Brilliant!

Lovely little aquarium! Thought it was pretty cool the owner had trained one of the types of fish to feed from your hand, so we had the chance to do that & also held a star fish!

Small Quarium
Sep 2021 • Couples
Basically yeah I was like "babe wanna ho aquarium?", she was like "ye" then we went to the man and he was like "7 pounds each pleaaz" then we gave it and went in.

As we went it, it was underwhelmingly small and felt sad... BUT we got to feed some fishes, that was fun. Then we left feeling like there was still something missing from our lives.

Hope this helps

Loved it!!
Sep 2021 • Family
Absolutely loved my visit here. I especially liked the fact our dog was allowed in as well. The aquarium was very interactive and the owner was very friendly and knew a lot of information about marine life in the area. The best part was getting to feed the mullets and holding the star fish!

A bit pricey for what it is
Sep 2021 • Family
Firstly this is a very small aquarium if you can call it that. Feeding the mullet was a highlight but for me personally at £7 per head this is very costly for what you actually view.

Friendly staff but if you don't go in you won't really have missed anything.

We weren’t sure whether this attraction was for children but decided to check it out and I was so glad we did!
The experience of feeding the fish was incredible and the other tanks are well kept with fascinating sea life in them, giving a great insight into what lies beneath the waves.
The man who was staffing the aquarium was very helpful, informative and friendly and added to our enjoyment of the experience.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this place.
