My friend and I had a five hour bespoke session with Katherine. The whole experience was brilliant. Katherine is so helpful, supportive and a pleasure to watch and hear her ceramic experience. We both made vases. By no means easy but so rewarding and as someone with no artistic merit I was amazed at what I created thanks to Katherine’s patience and advice. Thoroughly recommend a visit to her studio.

We had a great couple of hours creating unique coasters. My husband and I made very different designs and it was fun to have so many options for creativity. Katherine was very knowledgable and her talent is obvious. The workshop was also so lovely. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely, creative afternoon with Katherine , learning how to make and decorate a ceramic bowl. Katherine was an expert teacher. She was well prepared, patient and encouraging. Am looking forward to seeing my bowl once it has been fired.

I was given a voucher for a 1:1 workshop session with Katherine as a leaving present from work so wasn't really sure what to expect but had a very enjoyable and creative afternoon with Katherine. She explained the ceramics process very clearly and was extremely patient with me as I tried to decide what to make! In the end I came up with a 'pinch pot' decorated with colourful flowers and I will look forward to collecting the finished item in the new year. Definitely a 5 star experience!!

I booked a 3 hour session for my partner and myself, neither of us done ceramics before but Katherine was extremely helpful and explained how to create what we wanted step by step. She was really friendly and was always on hand to help if needed. She advised what would be possible to in the 3hrs and was spot on. We created masks to hang in the house/garden and they look great! I look forward to picking them up once they’ve been fired. Thanks so much!

Friendly, welcoming and passionate. Katherine is a lovely host and teacher, providing direction by demonstration and allowing us to grow with practice. We created six miniature ornaments in total, and loved every minute😊. If you’re thinking of something to do together as a couple I strongly suggest you give this a go. A memorable 2 hours creating a small ornament that will last a life time…. Thank you so much.

I had three sessions with Katherine, this was funded through work as part of my Wellbeing. I found Katherine through a local search and saw the various workshops she delivers. Her studio is nestled in between lovely countryside and nice part of Leicestershire. It was very easy to get to, and hidden away in her garden is this delightful, and well- equipped studio! There are so many different elements of ceramics that I didn't appreciate, but now having experienced this firsthand it is no wonder why it is so important to support local businesses than Product mass produced in China. I feel so much pride in the pieces I have created and they each have a story. She was very professional and both personal, in teaching me and you can tell she has she is so skilled in her profession, she was a great teacher. She helped me create my fabulous pieces and I am so proud of them! Thank you so much for giving me your time xx

I had a 1 -1 session with Katherine and I wanted to learn how to sculpture a head. Great tuition and I ended up with a random sculpture of Freda Carlos , beads and all. Great experience and it has given me the confidence to go forth and make more random pieces. Really enjoyed it.
