About
Munyard brewer is a craft and cask beer brewery, taproom and beer shop on the Fairfield industrial estate in the market town of Louth. We are a father and son brewery passionate about brewing great keg and cask beers. You can enjoy one of our award-winning keg beers or cask beer while viewing our brewery which is always on view from the taproom. Our brewers are usually working on the bar and they love to be asked about how they make beer. We usually offer guest beers from other independent breweries, wines, gin, cider and soft drinks. We have snacks, crisps and nuts. If you fancy something more substantial, we have joined forces with Augustino's Pizza Louth to give you a Pizza and a drink of your choice for just £12. Keep an eye on our social media for live music updates. Our off-licensed shop sells beer to take away. We are hidden away in the corner of Alnwick Court next to wolseley Plumb, if you struggle to find us google munyard brewery or give us a call.

    Very friendly excellent beer
If I could have given it a 6 out of 5 I would. Very welcoming, Ollie the owner happy to show me round and talk me through the brewing process, could have gone home without buying a drink with all the samples I tried. If you like your ale it’s the place to be. Dog friendly so call in while on a walk Ollie might even have a treat or two behind the bar for the dog. Excellent deal on pizza and pint £12.

Great beer and a warm welcome!
Went here on a dry, warmish Saturday, with my partner and two friends. After walking from Louth town centre we had worked up a thirst. Received a warm welcome from Oliver and enjoyed a few pints of his great beers. Lovely to hear about his brave decision to start brewing. We are real ale drinkers so started with My Father; the only beer available on handpull that day (after the Fosse loss - it really did fall off the back of a lorry). We also tasted some craft (keg) and loved the Patchwork and a Stout (sorry can't remember the name). When we arrived the Tap room was quiet but it steadily filled up with customers; there seemed to be quite a few people "just taking the dog for a walk"....and, before long, Oliver put some extra tables and chairs out. Snacks are available (crisps/scratchings etc) for humans and some for dogs. We recommend you pay Munyard Tap a visit and support this local business; you won't regret your visit. Unfortunately, we were only visiting the area but hope to taste Munyard beer again at Peterborough beer Festival in August!

An essential visit for real ale fans
This brewery is a wonderful addition to Louth for anyone who likes great beers. Ollie definitely knows his stuff when it comes to making beer and he takes a real pride in what he is producing - he is a lovely guy too. There is always a very warm welcome in the tap room, whoever is behind the bar and always beer you can rely on. In fact we enjoy it so much it has become our local!

    Great beer
Called in for a couple of pints last night. We took our dog with us and were made to feel very welcome. The chap behind the bar ( sorry didn’t catch his name ) was very knowledgable and quite rightly proud of the beers he was making; happy for us to try a few samples before buying. The beers were really good!! Well worth seeking out if you’re in the area.
