Phoned a couple of days in advance & waited to hear back as weather forecast was a bit dodgy. However, got the call on the Thursday to confirm there would be a cruise on the Friday morning. Arrived 30 mins in advance & handed over the payment (they can take credit cards) to a young, pleasant guy, who also helped... More

We visited Gairloch last September and took a 4 hour whale watching cruise, It was fantastic, we saw Dolphins, Minke whales, Basking sharks and otters! The weather was clear but cold and it was great fun out on the water! The guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable, We were recently in Gairloch and wanted to book again but due to... More

We chose to travel around Scotland for 2 weeks because I wanted to go whale watching and these areas are renowned for their wildlife. The weather forecast wasn't looking great so Nick kept asking us to call back for updates to see if it would be okay enough to go out as winds were high. Luckily enough it died down... More

Seeing the Moray Firth dolphins regulary, I wanted to visit Gairloch to see some different cetacean species and I wasn't disappointed! Nick the skipper was great, 4 hour trip went into a 6 hour trip and we saw numerous dolphins and whales, the ocean was flat calm too, really beautiful. The rib is excellent, very comfortable and the ideal way... More

I think it must be almost unique to write a review of a cruise we never took, The company showed great determination to get a message to us to prevent a wasted journey as the strnog tides made sailing unsafe. Anyone who goes this far to prevent customers being inconcenienced must deserve suppport. BNext time we are in the West... More

Booked on here and kept seeing posts about the whales and dolphins they were seeing but promised myself I wouldn't get my hopes up but would enjoy the trip reguardless. I know seeing any wildlife is never a guarentee as they are, and rightly so, wild and free to go where they please so had prepared myself to enjoy the... More

We were all kitted out in padded waterproofs, hats, gloves and given sunglasses and binoculars. Our skipper was very knowledgeable and provided lots of very interesting facts and information. We saw dolphins and minke whales and were then taken around some of the further islands where we saw some sea eagles and seals. Wonderful and would highly recommend.

We booked this excursion as it's something we've always fancied doing and never got round to doing it. We were on the west coast as part of another trip so this was a no brainer. We arrived early, thankfully as I was told 1730 but in actual fact the trip was 1630 and the website also suggested 1730 so maybe this... More

Have tried to do this trip when up in Gairloch before but was always fully booked, managed to get on this time. Left my young pup Geillis in the hands of Tom who looked after her while we went out looking for the big fish. Saw a few Dolphins and my first sighting of Minky Whales. Great afternoon out and... I missed this some years back as I felt it expensive. Having talked to others who did it I decided to return and try it. The sea was flat for the two and a half hour trip and we all felt safe and secure in the gear supplied, dungaree trousers. zipped flotation jacket, wooly hat, gloves and sunglasses. Although an...
