Rude man behind the counter. Reluctantly gave a refund for a faulty item purchased day before. He needs to learn some manners. I won’t shop there again.

I’ve been going to this place for many years, however, it has gone downhill in more recent times. It’s been downsized, but worse still the guy behind the counter was extremely abrupt and needs to get some simple business etiquette or, he will lose this business customers.

Went looking for Trench art and Victorian glassware and ended up getting a huge wooden rocking chair, which just fitted in the car back home to Llandudno. Just goes to show the massive variety of choice.

I love this place, it's always fun for a good rummage around. You'll need some time as there's plenty to see.

An Aladdins Cave. As with all of these places- yes there is some junk -but if you are prepared to rummage and know your onions there are some bargains to be found. Remember one man’s junk is another man’s treasure. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to this treasure trove.

Good antiques place with a wide variety of stuff on three floors.

Definitely worth a visit but tall folk beware of the top floor - duck!

This place reminds me of Aladdins cave. There's always some treasure to find in there if you look hard enough. My son loves coming in to spot all the toys and trains. Can while away a good hour in there easily.
Always found the staff friendly too. They have no problem with kids as long as they behave and are controlled.

I am surprised at some of the other reviews - I found this place to be full of poor quality goods and cheap old furniture, more reminiscent of a bad car boot sale than anything you could call an "antiques centre". Spot the antiques!
The place was cold, disorganised, unkempt and dusty and looks as if no-one cares what it looks like.
Possibly the worst antique centre I have ever seen.

We had a wet Friday to spend in Church Stretton so enjoyed our slow meander up four flights of stairs. It's an extensive place with a mixture of old and quite new. Beautiful but huge old oak dining tables vied with 1970s vinyl and even newer pastry forks! The place to go for retro, crystal glasses and collectables too. It's a bit cold in December though so wrap up well.

Agree with most of the previous reviews. A very interesting place to spend 1-2 hours. It was a real nostalgia trip. Lots of collectable stuff like model toys, postcards, stamps etc as well as loads of furniture.
