Although it was modernised in the early 20th C in a way we would not do today - the interior of this building is still striking. Well worth taking a look inside as you visit Lacock Village and Abbey

Good if this kind of thing is for you. Free and just walk in in middle of village, nothing to see except a barn really.

Seeing inside the barn is amazing to see how it was constructed but there is very little information about it otherwise.

Very old, right in center of town. Pop your head in and look. Nice plaque with the history. Don’t miss the old jail on the end.

Went here for a quick stop while we wandered around this town. Nice inside of an old barn. Quite large.

Happened upon the barn while checking out the village. It is definitely a 'must see' as it is huge. It is great to see it has been looked after and restored.

Its a ten minute pop in, free to enter but impressive in terms of scale and detail. Also in the summer heat very cool.
