We love to visit when in Kelso. Lots of fascinating exhibits and you never feel pressured to buy anything. Not just a 5, a 5+.

A very welcoming and interesting gallery. The owners take a personal interest in the visitors and are particularly friendly towards children.

A first class visitor attraction to take visitors.

This Gallery is situated over three floors and in many rooms, so there is something different around every corner.
The Staff were very pleasant.

Wandering around Kelso today and visited the Tony Huggins-haig gallery we were met by Yvonne and Tony i must say they are the nicest couple and compliment each other so well. What Yvonne doesn't know about art isn't worth knowing, Tony is very talented and they are so friendly and accommodating. We were amazed at their beautiful gallery and the paintings they are have on display that my husband bought a Rob Heffener painting. This gallery is definitely worth a visit. Thankyou both for your time, Take care.

I just love going in here, surprisingly deceptive, as you walk in you are immediately faced with varied artwork, of which there is something for everyone to see.
On top of that a friendly welcome and a blether.
I call in at every opportunity.
And you are left in peace to look around at your own pace.
Love it

A varied and excellent collection housed in a beautiful setting. We were made to feel right at home as soon as we walked in. Yvonne and Tony have inspired me to 'pick up the brushes' again and even convinced us to consider a permanent move up to the beautiful Borders! Definitely a new favourite spot!

We decided to visit this gallery while out walking with the dog one morning as we have been wanting to have a look around to check what artists are displayed. We barely got in the door when we were met by someone to be informed that we could not bring the dog in as the owner is allergic to dogs. So that was the end of that. You have to respect that. No problem.

We are sorry your visit was cut short due to your dog. We do have 'no dogs' signs on both our external doors. My husband is highly allergic to all animals and this is part of the reason for not allowing animals in the Gallery. It seems a shame that you marked us with such a low score because of our policy. Hopefully you will be able to visit in the future.
