This is not the idyllic Caribbean beach of your dreams but is fun to visit once, then move on to much less crowded beaches offering better swimming. The beach is beautiful, if small, and often very crowded and traffic can be a pain. That said,...More

Its interesting to watch the planes land low over beach and listen to all the ignorant comments people make about them. Then there are the stupid people who stand directly in the jet blast of the departing airliners risking injury from falls or flying debris...More

Beach is very small with a steep hill. Water is beautiful but rocky in places. Plenty of transportation. Food and bar on site.

Advise u to go early and stay near wall at back as seen many people get soaked when they were on the Row near the beach! Food was good and plentiful! A must see once but not something I would repeat!

The beach is still small (I assume from the hurricane) and a bit crowded, but it's a do not miss experience. The incoming and outbound planes are soooo low you feel like you can reach up and touch them. This is an experience you MUST...More

What an experience! Come for the afternoon to watch international fights fly in over the beach. Such a cool sight to see and surprisingly not too noisy. The beach is quite narrow so it fills up quickly but There is a large beach bar next...More

A unique and exciting experience to be on a beach right under planes as they land at the airport. Feels as if you could reach up and touch the planes which allows for great photo opportunities, especially when the big jets land. Always lots of...More

This beach was PACKED!!! However, we could easily find a spot for a towel in the sand. There are some beach loungers & umbrellas too but get there early! Several planes came in and took off during the few hours we stayed. Patrons really didn’t...More

You can get taxies from the port. I would say you will see lots of planes coming in, of all different sizes. On arrival at the beach, there are bars on the left hand side. Go and find the surf board on the beach by the road... More
