About
Named for its spectacular views across to Cardigan Island just 200 metres offshore, this unique Farm Park which also overlooks the Teifi estuary and Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, is located on a picturesque headland in the southern part of Cardigan Bay. The island itself is a private nature reserve owned by The Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales. Opened in 1993, the Farm Park is situated on part of our farm, Clyn-yr-Ynys. Our family has farmed here over 5 generations and counting, and we are very much a family run business. Come and say hello to our farm animals; enjoy our fenced clifftop walk to the headland from where you can watch the seals that breed in the caves below the Farm Park cliffs or spot our frequent dolphin visitors; browse in our gift shop, with a selection of toys and books as well as local and Welsh crafts; children will enjoy our indoor and outdoor play areas; have a bite to eat in our café and enjoy the scenery; or stay a little longer at our campsite.

    All round wonderful day out!
Really excellent experience and trip with 3 under 5s. You could see and feed all the animals, the cafe was great and it has the most amazing play area. There is also a coastal viewing point to see the seals. It was a little gem and we were all glad we made the effort.

    Great experience
Fantastic couple of hours spent here today. Even though the winds were extreme we fed the farm animals, enjoyed petting the sheep. We walked all the way to the end (15 mins?) to see the seals bobbing in the sea nearby, which was really lovely. We left very muddy and windswept but had a great time. Absolutely wear wellies if there has been rain recently!

    Well worth a visit!
Absolutely STUNNING views! Unrivalled. Absolutely beautiful. Spotted a couple of seals off the coast. Sadly no dolphins today although yesterdays guests were lucky enough to spot. Farm itself doesn't have a vast array of animals but an incredible setting, brilliant adventure playground area and lots of information boards re animals, birds and plants. Very reasonably priced entry fee. Cafe, visitors centre and toilets were immaculately clean with the cafe having a good drinks and food menu. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend! I could have spent all day admiring the views. We'll be back! (From 5 hours away)

    Superbly organised venue
Superbly organised venue with top quality explanatory and educational display boards by all the animal enclosures. Good cafe and large children’s play area. You might say the range of animals somewhat limited, but they do like being fed and it’s a great half day out for parents and children.

    Worth a visit
Really lovely place to visit. Dog friendly which was a bonus, all the animals seemed well looked after and happy! The farm was very clean and well maintained other than one badly broken fence in the pony enclosure which does need repairing asap as I saw the baby pony get stuck in it and fall over (I reported this to staff) I really enjoyed feeding the animals and walking round the coast line trying to spot the seals, we saw one which was lovely. This is a great place to visit regardless of age. Although we didn't have children with us the play park looked great fun for a mix of ages. We had lunch here and a drink as it was such a beautiful day. I did feel the cafe was expensive however the food was really tasty and well cooked so I don't want to complain too much.

Lovely little farm park with amazing views
Went with our 3.5 year old, he loved the large play area and feeding all the animals. Stunning views of the coastline, even managed to spot some seals! Good food in the cafe, reasonably priced. All very clean. Dog friendly. Good value day out.

    Great place to visit
We spent a few hours here on our way home from West Wales and it was a brilliant find. We had some disappointed kids after failing to see any wildlife from the boat trips so the farm animals were a real treat and we were lucky enough to spot a seal sticking its head out of the water in the exact place suggested by the staff. The views are stunning and the coastal walk is worth the entrance fee alone. I would recommend buying some animal feed - especially if you have kids in your party. We'll definitely be coming back.

    Very nice place
Lovely experience for the whole family. Excellent park, cleanliness was top notch and the scenery is unbeatable. Some welsh greeting wouldn’t go amiss from the staff but all in all a fabulous place for the whole family.

    A Fantastic Find! Highly Recommend.
I visited with my family yesterday and we were really impressed. The farm is well maintained with plenty of animals to hand feed with food you can buy on entry. The views along the cliff top were stunning and we were lucky enough to some Seals. The facilities were clean and tidy and staff were welcoming. If I lived locally, I would definitely bring my son here often. Great value for money.

We had a lovely trip here the views are amazing! We were lucky enough to see seals swimming around the cliffs. There is a lovely farm which access to is included in the camping price, toilets and showers are well lit and very clean there is a lovely cafe / chill area sells small gifts and so on while the restaurant serves some really good home cooked food, we are already planning to visit again next year

We had a brilliant day here. Lovely scenery and facilities. The family have done such a great job with the cafe/indoor area as well as the outdoor play area and animal enclosure. Plenty of picnic benches and facilities to enjoy the day here. We took our own picnic and treated ourselves to the delicious homemade cakes on offer - well worth it. The toilets were very clean which they often are not in places like this. The indoor area had legs play blocks, ride on machines, pool table and table football for a small charge. All prices were reasonable and competitive. It's nice to visit such a great place and not feel robbed in the process. The owners are clearly not greedy and provide a great service.

Also, for any worried parents of toddlers. It is well fenced off and safe. Generally pushchair friendly, a little bumpy at times but easy enough to manage.

This place is awesome, loads of farm animals and in nice large paddocks. Some are friendly and will eat from your hands. Plenty of stuff for kids to do, play equipment, send pit etc.
Make sure you do the seal walk along the coast line. We see some adult seals bobbing about in the water and a few day old seal pup.
Nice cafe and seating areas inside and outside.
Reasonable price entry and can thoroughly recommend if your kids enjoy looking at and feeding farm animals

I stayed here a few years ago and it was lovely ., so booked again . But a bit disappointed to find that on top of £32 for two of us with hook up , we then had to pay extra for a shower which only took 50p which we didn’t have as didn’t know beforehand so couldn’t have a shower !
Went in visitors cafe but £4.50 for a scone and cream (£7 with a hot drink ) was extortionate so didn’t bother .
No hot water in campsite gents and no WiFi .
Sorry , but won’t be back

The Farm is in a beautiful location even on a windy October day. We paid £17 for 2 adults and 2 children, (they charge for 3 year olds), and we saw sheep, goats, pigs, chickens, alpacas, Guinea pigs, rabbits, cows and donkeys, as well of lots of wildlife. This part was good and was well laid out and signposted we didn’t see any sea life as we didn’t go close enough to the cliff edge.

My poor review is for the food service. I ordered 2 little farmers lunches for my 2 boys, a chicken and mozzarella panini for my wife and a tuna mayonnaise sandwich for myself. It took over half an hour from joining the queue of 8 to walking away with my drinks we then waited about an hour for our food to arrive. I’m aware that the food has to be freshly prepared but waiting and hour for food is ridiculous and waiting half hour for drinks is just silly.

Due to this food delay we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor play area as it was starting to get dark.

It also seems that if you want free entry all you have to do is park along the coast walk along the coast path and into the park farm the back way, (I saw at least a dozen people do this).

They also have a rather expensive gift shop which you cannot avoid as it is by the entry and exit.

Needless to say we will not be visiting again. As we are a family we visit many places like this so know what to expect and the only special thing about this place is the view.

This place was amazing. The cost is low so I had low expectations but I’m so glad we went. We took our 2 yr old and she loved it. The play area is big with a big sandpit. Play equipment for small and bigger kids.
We bought a couple of bags of food for the animals at 70p each and was well worth it. The animals were very friendly when they realise we had food, all very well behaved and my daughter loved feeding them. There is a hand wash station halfway round.
There is then a walk along the cliffs to go seal spotting, we spotted a couple bobbing up and down.
The cafe was lovely, not the quickest service in the world but the food is fresh and I’d rather wait for good fresh food than have fast tasteless food. They had good options for kids and plenty of seating both inside and out out.. There was a few indoor play activities which kept my daughter entertained whilst we waited for our lunch.

Staff were very friendly, toilets clean and the whole place is well looked after.
All in all a very good value for money day out, we’d definitely go back again.

Had a fantastic time here, lots of animals to see in a beautiful setting. Right of the coast with fantastic views all round. Very reasonably priced and you can buy a bag of animal food for 70p. All animals lovely and friendly. We even saw some seals on the coast path bit. Lots of benchs to sit on and picnic benchs to have a picnic or there is a cafe that sells food. We just got cold drinks and cake but very nice. Would highly recommend for couples, families with young or older kids.

With traditional Welsh weather we were looking for something other than a beach and found this. We had to queue to go in but that was purely down to social distancing and covid regulations and was just a few minutes. Staff were lovely. The card machine didn't work first time so we had to do it a second time. But as we were leaving later that day the owner told us that they had rechecked, and it had in fact charged us twice, and they had already refunded us! We bought our animal food and headed out to the animals. The park looked good but was quite busy so we avoided it and went straight to the animals. The area is open with lots of space, the cafe area is large and whilst we had to queue to order food, again this wasn't long and due to covid rules so we didn't mind. The food was freshly prepared and very quick to arrive, and the home made soup delicious! Seal spotting is a further walk along the coast. We were unsure we'd see any but once near cardigan island we spotted 5 or 6! Spent so much time seal spotting we barely made it back to the building for closing time!!

Breathtaking, stunning . It didn’t rain yeah I was mesmerised with the view. I have never been in such clean toilets ( apart from my own ) .The animals were hysterical funny as they have long poles for you to put the food in and it goes directly to them. The pigs just opened their mouths around the poles and gobbled up the food. All the animals were happy . I loved the goats . Now I am 59 years old and hubby 55 but we both enjoyed the park immensely . It was quiet but we loved it . We stayed here for quite a few hours . I did buy 5 bags of food as we feed the animals on the way back from the walk . My O my the views are absolutely breath taking and there are great clear signs All the way around the walk . This is an absolute must for any one holidaying . We will be back. Even though we had to travel over an hour from our holiday home . It’s an Absolutely outstanding farm. Everything was clean. The cafe The views the clean toilets Wow !

We are relatively local and have only recently come across this amazing place! We will definitely be going back.

Entry for two adults and one child plus a bag of animal feed came to less than £15.

There were all sorts of farm animals to see and pet. Hand washing facilities were also available.

The walk down to the head was spectacular, with panoramic views of the coastline. We were lucky enough to see several seals at the head. We got a really good view as we’d remembered to take our binoculars.

We used the cafe, which was really lovely. The menu was great and the produce was obviously fresh. The baguettes were delicious and served with a large salad and a big helping of coleslaw. There was also jacket potatoes, salads, quiche, beautiful looking cakes and a children’s menu.

We will definitely be returning!
