Beautiful beach in Barmouth which is dog friendly at certain times of the year. We visited in November and our Dog loved the beach. The scenery from the beach is beautiful as well.

Visited here a few times in October just before Wales’ half term. We strolled about on the beach, dunes and built sandcastles. Also went crabbing a few times which we absolutely LOVED!!! So much simple family fun.

A lovely large stretch of sand at the mouth of the Mawddach estuary looking north over Cardigan Bay with some great sand dunes for children to play amongst.

Empty on a November Saturday. Clean and very pretty with a mix of as my bits and stony bits. Dogs seem welcome this time of year. Can't get an ice cream today!

A really beautiful location. We visited in September after the school holidays. Was lovely and quiet but still would advise booking for a meal on the evening. Gets very booked up on evening.

Stopped off hear after a bike ride over the Barmouth railway bridge, a beautiful view coming over the bridge and along the harbour. Lovely sandy beach and even had Donkey rides for the little ones.
