Not as impressive as the Tomb of Hafez, but still worth a visit. A pleasant oasis of calm and beautiful gardens surrounding the tomb. Tranquil ambience and an experience to recommend.

Have you seen all in Shiraz? Then you can go and visit this Tomb surrounded by a nice garden. Locals like it as it is one of the most important Iranian poets. As for foreigners, perhaps can be skipped.

So interesting to learn how people go to these tombs, as weekend excursions, and how living the tradition of poetry still is in Iran. Well worth the visit.

I felt this place epitomises the heart and soul of Iran. Our guide read some of the poetry which is beside the beloved tomb.....exquisite and touching.
