Being from Montreal, we had to explore this place that laid claim to the origin of hockey. The guide was very helpful and informative and we really enjoyed looking at their surprisingly large collection of hockey paraphernalia that ranged from really old to newer pieces.

An interesting museum about the earliest days of hockey in Canada. Don't forget to buy an original wooden puck while you are there.

Learned about the origins of Hockey during the stop at the Hockey Heritage Centre, who knew it originated in Windsor. Plenty memorabilia, the guide was very knowledgeable and nice that it was part of the Haliburton House Toour.
