This is one of the nicest beaches I've been to. I did have to pay $10 for parking but it is tourist area so it is to be expected. It is clean and had police patrols so it looked safe One down side: no lifeguards

Great spot to relax for the afternoon. The water is warm and it's a large stretch of beach so it's easy to find a less crowded spot to set up. There's also picnic areas where you can BBQ.

Lots of water/beach front for relaxing ! Can chose quieter areas .. beach areas 3-5 , away from down - town commercial area ! Go during the week when less busy !

The town of Wasaga Beach does have fireworks at dusk on July 1st. I do not have the exact location, if it is at the actual beach.
