Right in the city you can enjoy nature. Trekking, hiking, trail running. Excellent view, pure air, nice climate. Great for exercising and getting in shape as you climb the mountain periodically. Good getaway from hectic city.

The best place to go up is via Sabas Nieves, Altamira. It is safe and you can see a lot of people hiking there. You can find parallel machine to work out. Up in Sabas Nieves try the ice cream

It is a wonderful hill with an interesting history, you can take the cable car and from de top, you can enjoy de Caracas City view and the other side, you can see the sea. This hill is the separation between Caracas and the sea.
