great beach and lots of local food on offer.did this on a 4 day trip from Barbados you can do other way round for around 400 per person hotel and food all in just shop around.this is a lovely area locals nice people and helpful.

There is a traditional boat service (peñeros) transport from the mainland. If you like snorkeling, it's very nice, but you must take your equipment. There's a restaurant that serves simple and tipical dishes, and more expensiveve than the city. But beware with insecurity and robbery....More

This is an a beautiful place to visit, the downside, is not near mainland and you need a boat to get there, fortunately you can take one "Peñero" at Paseo Colón and it will drop you off and pick you up for a reasonable price....More

Great beach. Really nice and quite place. There is a restaurant, really nice one by the way, at the beach. I dont recommend that you go during working days, its too lonely and not that safe.
