If you can find a deal this is a great day out in Sussex but the door price is expensive for what you get. The playground and facilities are excellent.

Have been here many times but feel the Zoo part is outdated and always feel bad about seeing wild animals stuck in very small enclosures - the play park is brilliant lots to do we really don't need to be paying for these poor creatures to be kept in misery. Some of them did seem ok granted but the majority... More

We’re disappointed to read this review which obviously comes from someone who is against the idea of zoos in general and not necessarily Drusillas in particular. We must assure you that the welfare of our animals is of the utmost importance at all times and our keepers are experts in their care. Drusillas’ animal department has more than 20 inspections... We’re sorry to hear you think we’re overpriced. While we’re aware we may not be the cheapest day out we do always strive to provide value for money and we think we provide a great offering for a full day out. We also like to make sure our pricing structure is clear and transparent so that everyone is aware and... More

What a great little zoo, and play area, I took my two grandchildren they, had an amazing time stamping there books after they found the animals, the hello kitty themed area, I could not get them away from it, we spent the whole day, I was totally exhausted after the experience will definitely be going back, well done to the... We have annual memberships and once again came with our little 3 years old. It is always a pleasure to spend time in the park and the zoo. My little one only enjoyment is coming to this park and to be honest I love it too ( even so I have been coming here for the last 15 years as... More

So in February this year, me my partner and our 2 year old decided to go here and it wasn't great, first the charge for 2 year old's is excessive. I know it costs to maintain something if this size but £18.00? now after paying this we were deeply disheartened to find so many enclosures closed for either refurb or... More

We’re obviously disappointed to hear this feedback. We would, however, like to clarify that while it is true work is currently underway for our brand new three-ride attraction Go Safari!, this work should not impinge on visitors’ ability to enjoy the Park. We also try our best to make customers aware via our website when certain areas, such as our... More

Visited with 3 children age 16,14 and 8. The zoo was well thought out with lots of smaller animals to see. The spotters guide for kids kept my 8 year old happy. The outdoor play area was brilliant. However at £95 on the day price for a family of 5 it was expensive. Priced on a par with Chester Zoo... More

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed some aspects of the Park such as our extensive play areas, but are obviously disappointed to hear your comments regarding the price. In particular, we would like to clarify the point about our prices being on par with Chester Zoo. Chester Zoo’s open-dated tickets are priced at £28 each, whereas our own pre-paid tickets... More

We love Drusillas! Visited today to see Chase and Marshall from Paw Patrol. Another fantastic, well organised, magical event for our two toddler boys. Played in the playground after and had a lovely lunch. Couldn't recommend Drusillas more - looking forward to our next visit already!

I had heard so much about this place prior to visiting. However for me it was an overpriced let down. It seems to be old and in need of updating. Everything inside is small and not much space in my opinion. My massive disappointment was that there were and are no pets to pet in the petting area. So if... More

We are obviously disappointed to read this review, and would like to take this opportunity to respond to some of the points raised. We accept that we may not look our best at this time of year but we take pride in our appearance and maintenance and spend more than £250,000 annually on ensuring that everything is kept up to... My son was a zoo keeper for his 6th birthday. As he is also an annual member this made the cost of the experience £117 for a 6 hour experience, including lunch and a jumper and was really reasonably priced. Our Keeper Eva, was very friendly and knew about all the animals and was able to answer all our questions.... More

We had a day visit there and it was a good one that lasted just long enough for us and the grandchildren, but book on line, not only for the discount but to get in easier through the ticket queue. Well thought out as you follow the footprints and are channeled around so to see everything and collect stamps in... More
