This is a best kept secret. It is just about a mile from the Visitors Center and is privately owned lake, But from November to about February you can see the swans.

A wonderful place to see trumpeter swans, ring-necked ducks, bufflehead and other species of migratory water fowl. The swans are quite beautiful. My wife had a great time watching and taking pictures. Definitely a great place to visit when the swans are in the area.

They were there last week, but I'm not sure if they are still there. This is the time of year they begin migrating back north. Last reports I've heard of sightings were from last weekend.

Yes, but they will be leaving very soon. Usually leave by middle of February at latest.
