Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The next vinery messed up our reservation and we had only one hour to have a tasting experience. We crossed the road and found vasija secreta, staff very nice, we had 30 minutes tour plus three wines tasting, and all for free starting in 15 minutes. No reservation needed. You can have also lunch at very convenient price. I am honestly shocked to know that the previous vinery was going to charge us from 450 pesos and no apologies for the mistake while these people have been so genuine and welcoming with us.
Absolutely a must!

Dreadful. We booked all of our tours in the UK so I have no idea what we paid for this tour. If we paid anything for this vineyard tour then it was too much.
We had come to Salta from Mendoza where we had wonderful vineyard tours. The owners of this vineyard need to send their staff to Mendoza to learn how to accommodate visitors.
Our bus included guests from all over Europe and North America, all of whom were English speakers. The vineyard does not have anyone who can give the most basic of English advice on the wines.
The amount of wine provided was not enough to decide whether to purchase bottles.
Avoid this vineyard if you are not fluent in Spanish.

A pleasant surprise. We paid a visit early in the morning, were very well received and discovered that there were several wines that we already knew from Brazil. The Gata Flora Line is fantastic and discovering that Gata Flora is an Argentine proverb for an indecisive person was really cool. During the technical visit we discovered that it is the oldest winery in activity in Argentina with almost 180 uninterrupted years. We recommend the visit. Haaaaa... the wine tasting is free and don't forget to try the Torrontes.

We didn't do the tasting, but went to the restaurant. Terrible, 25 minutes to bring us the starter (not even a basket of bread in the meantime), another 20 to bring us the food, and the wine to accompany that meal was never brought. I would not return, there are other wineries that are just as beautiful and have excellent service around this one.

One of the oldest wineries in the region. Beautiful and well preserved, it has a brief guided tour (understandable, as many tourists are not very interested in local history to the point of staying focused for more than ten or fifteen minutes, especially foreigners). Most tours stop there after lunch. They are very helpful and attentive in answering your questions, whether about the origin and history of the place, production dynamics and types of wine. Take the time to explore the property's surroundings, which are very beautiful.

I was doing a 'wine tour' in and around Cafayate with friends, when we decided to stop at Vasija Secreta. The place was very crowded and buses kept coming in, pouring lots of tourists and students in the main room where the tasting takes place. The people did not give any information about the wines and seemed more interested and busy with tourists buying bottles.
The visit of the winery, on the other hand, was very interesting and the guide gave us lots of information about Cafayate wines.

This is the oldest "bodega" in cafayate. Their wine is 100% organically and is a very nice place to visit if you are in the area

Situated in a colonial style bodega you can visit and taste the wines from the place.
Not the best from the zone but good wines.
Very good public attention

We got there too late to do a tour but we enjoyed looking around on our own. However, I was unimpressed by the quality of the wine
