the river flows through the town Maun. Lots of lodges and restaurants are build on the riverside. There or on a boat cuise you can see fantastic sunsets

we took a speed boat down to where the locals live as you need a smaller boat the deeper into the Okovango Delta you get and on the river is a lot of bird life. its a very relaxing place to be

This is a strange river because it flows inland to a delta that eventually soaks into the ground. We travelled along it between points on a very fast speedboat. The river snakes a lot and makes for an enjoyable ride.
