Really hard to go out once you go in, really dirty and as a tourist they will try to charge you more! From all the medinas this is the worst one !

Walking through the old walls of Medina you could feel the history around you. A magnificent place to visit once you go to Sfax

The place is as described, old, small lanes, must visit, but alot of imported stuff is also found here. I think going in deeper will give more rich culture.
