Indian Panorama are a great choice! I am Sue from the review given by Gina in August. I will add some further thoughts: I want to go back to India and I want Indian Panorama to again guide our choices in travel plans and daily support. At all times in India I felt safe and well informed. I learnt so much about culture and lifestyle; so different to life at home. The colours, exotic smells, the relationships I noticed among the people and fascinating traditions I witnessed will always bring a warm, respectful feeling to my heart. The history and daily life was so interesting and, with the help of our generous tour guides, began to explain the amazing continent. Our guides shared detailed information I could never have sourced by traveling alone (where I usually rely on a guide book). I felt at ease to ask questions and comfortable in the company of each daily tour guide and our brilliant coach driver, Ashoka, - Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. We also thank them most sincerely for patience accommodating our personal requests, teaching the uninitiated and lots of laughs! IMPORTANT NOTE: As we left Australia Covid-19 was news elsewhere in the world and something for travelers to consider. On arrival in Delhi, only hours later, life as our world knew it had changed. Although India had not yet been greatly affected. This put everyone 'on alert' so precautions were taken to ensure the safety of our hosts and ourselves. We cannot thank Sanjay and Radhika enough for enabling us to complete as much as possible of our tour as well as supporting our early departure with refunds. I am emotional to think of how well our hosts and tour guides accommodated our needs even as some hotels were not able to accept foreigners and monuments were closing. Your kindness will never be forgotten and higher recommendations I cannot give!…

On March 12th 2020 before strict quarantine & isolation became the ‘new norm’, my husband Rick & I met two Australian friends Sue & Ross in Delhi to commence our hugely anticipated Indian adventure. None of us had ever travelled to India previously, nor felt the need throughout all our years of globetrotting to utilise services of a travel agent, having always researched, booked & travelled independently. However, the complex planning involved with this trip made the decision for us, & following a valued recommendation we contacted Indian Panorama. I must confess I was still a wee bit apprehensive & reticent going down this route but it didn’t take long to realise what a great decision & what professional & organised travel company Indian Panorama proved to be. Radhika was assigned as our personal tour consultant, her expertise, knowledge, help, & advice enabled us to tailor our trip perfectly creating a truly unique experience….9 days in the North covering Delhi, Agra & Jaipur & 3 weeks exploring the lush green southern state of Kerala. Throughout the whole process we had plenty of input, plus opportunity to make requests, change, tweak & fine tune our schedule…..in fact it almost felt as if we had planned the tour ourselves!....but without the pain of searching & booking accommodation, organising transport, ticketing for activities, tours & historical sites. Radhika impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, scrupulous eye for detail & prompt responses. So, with our feet firmly & safely on the ground in Delhi we ventured off. Meanwhile ‘Covid’ was starting to creep around the planet, yet at this point in time, had barely made an impact on India. Things soon changed…. 48 hours later monuments closed down behind us & by the time we arrived in Agra the Taj Mahal actually shut its gates in front of us! All our tour guides in Delhi, Agra & Jaipur were informative, knowledgeable & adapted to the everchanging circumstances. As a result, we were still able to witness the magical Taj Mahal in close proximity & achieve the iconic sunrise photograph thanks to our brilliant guide Kamal who swiftly changed tact & took us to the local Y.H.A rooftop, an excellent vantage point, apparently one of the best views in town! Next the state of Kerala went into complete lockdown, we knew our days touring India were numbered & with the aid, advice & reassurance from Radhika & Sanjay at Indian Panorama we were assured completion of our Northern Indian schedule could be safely enjoyed. They kept us informed & updated every few hours, reorganised our itinerary to return with our driver after a wonderful 3 days in Jaipur, plus booked a hotel at Delhi Airport for our last night prior departure. We would like to say special thank you to Ashoka our lovely, caring & courteous driver who started & completed the journey delivering us safely to Delhi Airport. Our transport was a fabulous 11 seater air con Tempo Traveller mobile which Ashoka drove with a reassuring calmness after a prompt pick up each morning accompanied by a gleaming clean car. Sadly our trip was cut short but India sure stole our hearts, from the majestic forts, temples & palaces, sites of historical cultural & religious interest, the buzzing colourful markets & vibrant street life, it’s fabulous food & wonderful warm hearted people…..we even came to love the hustle & bustle of the traffic & ‘honk honk honking’ of the horns!......we will be back one day to complete what we started & of course we would not even consider using any other travel company…….Indian Panorama you will be hearing from us hopefully sooner rather than later!…

This was the trip I will cherish for the rest of my life. Thanks to the Indian Panorama team. We enjoyed Kerala thoroughly. Kudos to Biju (driver) and your team for all things being taken care of. Staff on the houseboat (Shazi and Soji) were so humble and caring. We got to eat, shop at amazing places. Also, the car was clean, driving was smooth. The hotels picked by the Indian Panorama team were best I could have expected. Biju added spots out of itinerary for maximum exposure to the beautiful land of Kerala. We met a couple of Indian Panorama folks at Thekkadi, Trivandrum to who wanted to make sure that our trip was hassle-free. The cherry on top was the extended stay in Hotel Sagara at Kovalam on the last day. That extra couple of hours to freshen up after Trivandrum sightseeing was really out of itinerary and the Indian Panorama team went out of the way to arrange that. Overall, we loved our visit. Will recommend it to my friends for sure. Thank You, Indian Panorama team! You folks are great!…

We started our 28 day tour with 3 days in Hyderabad. Then a road trip taking in Bidar, Gulbarga, Kurnool, Nandyal, Srisailam, Nagarjuna Sagar, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Vizag, Badrachalam, Warangal, back to Hyderabad and many many places inbetween. In addition we flew to Nagpur to spend 3 days at the tiger reserve in Tadoba. There were lots of temples, forts, sites of historic, religious and cultural importance as well as outstanding scenery to see. The tour took us through contrasting countryside (farmland, forests, mountains, rivers, lakes and even some arid areas) as well as visiting quite different cities and towns. During our trip we had 6 nights in Vizag to chill at our beach hotel. The highlight had to be seeing a tiger in Tadoba, we were only 20 meters from it at one point. There were lots of other wildlife to see there too! Our superb trip was put together, principally, by Mr Lakshman and supported by his team in Hyderabad, who we were fortunate enough to meet. However the key to a successful tour (or not) is always the driver. Our driver, Srinu, was excellent. He added lots of value with his knowledge of the places we were visiting and also took us to some other sites en route. Srinu was our driver for over 4000km and we always felt safe despite the occasional eratic behaviour of some other drivers. He was always immaculately turned out and the car was clean, inside and out, every morning. From the Mr Pandian at the top of the organisation, all the way through the company there was nothing but the highest level of service and they couldn't do enough for us This is the second time we have used Indian Panorama (first tour was to Tamil Nadu) and I already know where I want to go for our third trip in a couple of years time!!! Thank you…
