Interesting and unique place to visit (rare!). But need renovation inside. Free of charge. Only charged if you bring car (idk case for motorcycle) to park on.

Nothing so great actually, even for indonesian standard, hehe i just visit that place for about 30 minutes and the most exciting thing i did in there was make egg stand on the floor.

Point of Culmination across the Pontianak City, when In March and September every year, The Sun obviously above our head and we couldnt barely see our shadow

When one visits Pontianak, one must visit the monument that marks the divider between the northern & the southern hemisphere. Ask the guard for a secret photo pose & gravity-challenging demonstration.

Standing in the equator line? That's what i wanted to do when in the Equator City. The monument is small, and doesn't really have sth to see.But it's a nice place to gain knowledge.

Nice place to get the info of equator line in Pontianak. Just easy to get here by angkut, the small van. Several area in this monumen still under construction. Overall is nice.
