this ship remain to be proof of Tsunami on 2004. inside, provided with educational clips of tsunami, and those people still alive on the ship after tsunami. dont forget to go the roof of ship and enjoy the scenery of banda aceh.

A museum of how the boat was floated away and eventually rendered unable to use by the 2004 Tsunami. Do enter inside to see documentaries on how tsunamis form and a look see of the inside

It is free and time is quite constrain. However you wont need too much time as you may finish up the visit below an hour.

We couldn't imagine in year 2004 tsunami, such a big generated ship weighs 2600 tons was washed 2 times from the jetty to another places and again to the city, present place.

This place is closed for breaktime at 12.00 to 14.00. We came at 13.00 so that is why we can't came in. But I can say this place is worth to visit.
