If I had a more close relationship to the Philippines and the countries history I would probably rate it higher. But to a foreigner with no knowledge of Marcos and his wife, the place was quite insignificant for us. Add to hat a 4 month old baby, then it's not a must to visit. But for history interested and natives,... More

We rode a tricycle from Picnic Grove to here and it cost 60 pesos. Entrance fee is 30 pesos. What's great here is the view and its almost you can touch the clouds at the top which really is amazing. Nothing much to do though besides from that. And btw, there is a sari sari store there.

Nice view of Tagaytay. Souvenir items is a bit expensive. Too crowded for weekends. Nothing much to say. :)

We were here this Feb 2017. Just that the place was too foggy when we were at the top. I noticed that there were too many visitors even if the place is not to modest to visit with. It is one of highlights of our tour updates in my TA and just that I am not so amused. This is... More

Went here around 3-4am and I tell you, it's foggy and chills to the bones and I am not even kidding, our hot boiling cup of noodles doesn't even give us heat. We had to wait until 7:30am for the gate to open, and you have to pay 30php for entrance. A lot of hiking is a must so wear... More

Enchantment still creeps on my senses everytime I visit this place because of its history. Lots of souvenir shops and food stalls.

For such a significant part of Filipino history I was disappointed it was so rundown, and touristy. The location is perfect for spending a couple of dollars, and returning this to a "people's park" where they can come and enjoy the views.

The views are spectacular - we could see Manila, Laguna Bay, out towards Batangas and Mindoro and Cavite. However the place is extremely run down, which was a shock until we researched the history. Fascinating! It was originally built, but never completed, in the 1980s by Imelda Marcos as a "Mansion in the Sky". If the Tagaytay Tourism Board put... More

Place is cold and foggy - starts mid afternoon. You need to go on weekdays if you want less crowd since a lot of people spend their weekends here.
