A unique structure of a Museum, this was a water tank before it was ruined of the bombing by American planes. A great idea to preserve the building, and make useful again and will also be a reminder for the locals. It is most likely...More

The Cagayan de Oro city museum is located in a former water tower. The displays are interesting, especially the ones referring to the battle around 1900 against the American forces.

Nothing much to see here. Just an old water tank with spiral staircase inside and photos. Do not bother.

The museum is also called Museo de Oro. It is a simple and very small museum that covers primarily the modern history of the City - its early political leaders and heroes, the stories of pioneering families,... It is housed in the oldest existing structure...More

Went there with a group of travelers. The museum was once a water tower. Inside you will see things that Cagay anons used in 1940's-1960's like telephone, radio and cars.
