We've been there a few times, taking different guests each time. We took an ojek (motorbike taxi) to the furthest one (Benang Kelambu), then returned to the entrance to walk to the closer one (Benang Stokel), which was an easy walk downhill and then back up. Benang Kelambu was pretty but VERY crowded with school groups when we went, so... More

Went here as part of a tour. The waterfall is about a 10 minute walk downhill from the entrance, and there is a second waterfall you can visit on the same ticket. However, while we were there, there was a huge thunderstorm and torrential rain, so we didn't make it to the second waterfall. The deluge was amazing and turned... More

I kindly recommend to do the trip on your own. You don't need a guide! You can walk around for yourself. It's quite easy, enter the gate and turn left. And ask at the entrance gate for the blue 'official' ticket. It will be IDR 10.000 and not IDR 150.000 per Person. If they won't give you the blue one;... More

We had a guide take us on a tour to this place and it rained pretty much the whole way. Wearing thongs was a big mistake as it was very slippery. The waterfall was great but heck, I've seen Victoria Falls so it's all in perspective. The walk takes a while to get to the actual falls but it's nice... More

We arrived there on the scooter from Kuta, after nearly 2hrs drive, we found out that "entrance fee" cost 80.000 for one waterfall, when it should be in fact 5.000. We decided to leave as we didn't want to support those scammers.

+ waterfalls around this area were stunning (especially Benang Kelambu). Nice walk through the "forest". - by the time, this place getting more famous and the management seems like have no plan how to develop the area. It's getting more shops opened at the "forest" and I have the feeling the management imagine about something modern for this place. And... More

Easy trek to the waterfalls which will take your breath away! The paths are well paved and maintained with handrails in most parts. Went with guides and it was absolutely serene as there was no crowd we went.

The waterfall is quite bit far from the tourist center. As a result, we have to walk quite bit far (about 40 minutes). However, after putting effort to walk, I am not disappointed as the view of waterfall is good and I can take a lot of good photos. Therefore, I would say it's worth of coming here.

Had a local guide escort us through the rainforest to view the waterfalls! Would recommend a guide as it can be described as a 'bit of a goat track" and the hike required a fair bit of walking through the water! The water falls themselves were beautiful, there were three separate waterfalls and two in one for the fourth and... More
