Excellent place to meet animals. Everything is well maintained and well kept. This is a definitely recommended for kids of all ages. A first hand encounter which they may not get elsewhere. The only downside is the food. We took the morning session which included breakfast. Although Veg., there was no idli etc. items included Pav bhaji, mixed veg pakora, vegetable cabbage sandwich. No potato, onion. Please improve the food.

Our experience at Japalouppe Equestrian Centre surpassed all expectations! The facilities and animals are well maintained and the staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. The guide was patient and explained everything in detail. It's a must-visit destination, especially if you're looking to enjoy close and friendly interactions with a variety of animals, ranging from horses and hamsters to cows, goats, pigs, and more. Whether you're an adult or a child, you're guaranteed to have a memorable experience. Additionally, the package includes food which is decent too considering most will cost with kids. there are visiting slots available, and it's advisable to pre-book. I had an incredible time and am eagerly looking forward to my next visit!

I brought my daughter back from horse riding camp due to several issues: Firstly, the food quality was tasteless and watery. Secondly, the washroom facilities were extremely dirty. Thirdly, the trainer wasn't attentive to her needs. And the staff was very rude to her. Additionally, promised water activities were canceled due to a water shortage. These concerns prompted my decision to withdraw her from the camp.

Good concept of petting farm, very entertaining, kids loved it. With all the birds and animals from a lot of horses, a donkey, mules, goats, sheep, turtles, dogs, a cat, parrots, rabbits, hare, a piglet, love birds, turkeys, roosters, emus, ducks, geese the place was fun. With each child receiving a bucket of food for the animals with cabbage, carrots, bread crumbs and fruits similar to tamarind/drumsticks it was fun for all trying to feed the animals with some animals in the open and the others in cages. There was a machan/observation deck around the equestrian area and also a ladder to let kids and grownup climb a tree. The snacks could have been in more cleaner hygenic setup or maybe even completely avoided as there were a lot of flies around.

Japalouppe, named after a French horse, is an equestrian centre and animal farm, and is mainly known for horse-riding courses for kids lasting a week. In addition, they also have an animal farm.

For ₹500, you can get an entry to the farm. In that, they provide you breakfast - poha, sandwiches, tea and kids get buckets to feed the farm animals. They have pigs, geese, turkeys, and ducks, a whole bunch of rabbits, hamsters, emus, a parrot and cockatoo, some horses, a donkey, cow, goat and some small birds. The facilities look very rustic/run down, and it's somewhat sad to see those animals in small enclosures. It wasn't particularly clean. They also have hour-long riding lessons, for about ₹1500, and for that price you basically get to just had the horse trot.

I was disappointed with the experience, given the price and cleanliness and size of enclosures.

You need to reserve places in advance. They have slots for the morning and evening. Try getting there as early as you can, because it can get extremely hot as the day progresses. There is ample parking.

Japalouppe, a costly family affair: The one star rating is for the booking price charged by Japalouppe. It's INR 500 for an adult (anyone above 7 years) and 300 for kids (less than 7 years but who can walk). In this price, you get some snacks (pohe, sandwich, cake and tea) and about 45 min guided tour of facility. In the guided tour each child gets a bucket with animal food which they can feed to animals. The animals present are a bull, a donkey, a sheep, a few goats, horses, rabbits, pigs and a few birds. As such, it's a good picnic spot where kids and some adults can enjoy among farm animals, but we thought Japalouppe is charging a very high price for it. INR 500 for a family of 3 should suffice.

The Japalouppe Equestrian Centre helps you connect with mother nature. My interaction with Rohan who runs the farm was quite educational. Had a wonderful time feeding the animals there and learning so much about them. The farm is located in Talegaon a thirty minutes drive from Pune.

My sincere thanks to the entire Team of Japalouppe for opening this Horse riding school . It was a delightful experience . I went to this place with my family for having a different experience as we had heard good reviews about this centre .Overall the Petting farm included the following , Horses , Emu , Rabbits , Tortoise , Duck , Dogs , Lamb , Goat , Pig , Turkey , Donkey , Pony . The food served was delicious where the pancake was just too Good . Crispy ,Tasty & Mouthwatering . On doing the checkin formalities , you are given wrist bands for entering the petting farm along with a small bucket having vegetables for feeding the animals

Few important points to keep in mind while visiting this Farm :--

1)Kindly make advance payment or Carry enough cash with you as the credit card machine was not functioning & there are no ATM nearby in walkable distance

2) Please be there 30 mins before time so that you can enjoy to the fullest for the alloted time slot

3) Try to follow the rules & let the kids do not play any pranks with the animals as many times they are in different moods .

Overall very good Hospitality , Nice People & well maintained farm . Keep up the good work ....

Had visited this place to attend a birthday party and loved the place immensely. A must place for kids and for those who want to learn horse riding. We were given a bucket of bread, grass and carrots with instruction on what each farm animal eats. They have several dogs, cats, rabbits, turtles, horses, ducks and a couple of emus, lambs and a pig. Interacting and feeding the animals is definitely a very soothing experience. Lunch was a buffet with few but extremely tasty items. You can also ask for tea, coffee etc. Highly recommended for animal lovers and kids. During summer vacations they run special batches for horse riding.
