We had a great time at the park. The place is beautiful and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. But then, there is the staff running the marina who treat you like you are a bother and sit around complaining in front of...More

We took a beautiful drive around this park one afternoon during our trip to hot springs. It was gorgeous weather, a very clean park with clear signs. Wish we would have had a few kayaks. The kids enjoyed the small swim beach.

There is a ton of access to water and I know for sure there was one swimming area on the lake. The walk in camp area near camp area A is surrounded with water on all sides and you can swim there as well. The only downside to swimming by the campsites was that the beach is all rocks but very nice clear water when we went and we just wore water shoes. The swimming areas I'm sure would be a better spot to swim but we did not end up swimming there.
