    A beautiful place to see!
This place is so beautiful and it's unexpected in a residential location. We enjoyed touring the gardens and my kids had a great time taking lots of pictures. The garden club that maintains everything may consider having a volunteer there to keep an eye on visitors and what they are doing in the gardens.

    Very Nice
We were visiting LIttle Rock on a Monday and found most things closed. We drove over to the Old Mill and were pleasantly surprised. It's a very nice little mark that has an old gris mill. It's immaculately landscaped and maintained. We enjoyed walking around the grounds.

Quaint old mill in the countryside.
Excellent place to visit to experience country life in 1933. The old mill house has a nice river, natural bridge made from tree trunks and branches. Scenic place for young children to enjoy ducks and gooses hanging out.

Lovely, small, peaceful and unique park...well worth the drive over to North Little Rock from downtown. Nice photo opportunities. Unique benches and bridges made to resemble fallen trees, a waterfall, and the mill itself (which you can go in). Free parallel parking and free entrance. We spent about 30 minutes exploring, watching the ducks and turtles in the pond, and taking photos.

This free hidden gem in a suburban neighborhood is extremely special. Lots of walking paths that look like wood, but are actually concrete, around an 1880’s water-powered grist mill. All ages will enjoy it as we saw evidenced when we ate at one of the picnic tables. The opening scenes of the classic movie "Gone With The Wind” features this location. It is for children, romantics…everyone. Calm, serene, lovely with mallard and Muscovy ducks and turtles to add to the ambiance.

We visited this enchanting place in October of 2021. We stopped first in the late afternoon of one day and enjoyed it so much, we returned the next morning. It's a small park, but beautifully maintained. SO worth a visit.

We were headed to Colorado from Florida and were looking for cool places to visit along the way. I read about the Old Mill in North Little Rock Arkansas. It seemed like a cool place that not many tourists would go to so we went. We were not disappointed. It’s very well manicured and a great place for the college kids to get some cool insta pics. Of course we older ones got some great Facebook pictures too. This is basically a neighborhood park that you can picnic at and enjoy the scenery and nature. There are many ducks, turtles and fish in the water which leads to Lake Number 2. They also have really nice bathrooms. The snack bar wasn’t open but we had already eaten lunch. I suggest going when it’s not too hot if you want to grab lunch and relax in this beautiful little park.

This is a really great park to visit and see the lovely mill as well as the sculpted fantasy bridges and surroundings of the mill. Excellent to just hang out and relax or have a picnic. Restrooms available, too.

Essentially a small pocket park in the town of North Little Rock, it is absolutely beautiful. If you enjoy taking photos like we do, you will love visiting. Free to get into this City Park, but you must park across the street (which is no problem). The landscaping is outstanding. There are several benches on the grounds if you want to sit and just enjoy the view. Although it is only 5 miles from Little Rock Convention Center, it easy to imagine you are far away from the big city.

We visited on a Sunday morning before we left town. The sign on the gate said it opened at I think 10:00 but it was close to 11:00 when a man arrived to unlock the gates. There were several other groups waiting to enter. There were 3 different groups; taking pictures--graduation, etc. It made it a little difficult to enjoy because everywhere you went you had to wait or turn and go a different direction not to interrupt their phot taking. But this is truly a beautiful park.

This place is beautiful. For the middle of the week it was quite busy, with several children running around, but we were still able to get some great pictures and to sit and enjoy nature. The bridges look like wood, but are actually concrete.

Heading over to North Little Rock, we heard the this park was a “don’t miss”. We were tired from a day’s traveling so it was nice to sit on a bench and watch all the ducks and turtles (tons of turtles) swimming around. Several high school seniors were also out and about having photos taken. The Mill itself offers some pretty pictures too.

Beautiful and free.
We happened to be driving nearby on our Arkansas vacation and we opted to come here and check this spot out.
It did not disappoint!

You can spend as little or as much time here as you would like. If you like great views, a little history, and plants displayed in a beautiful arrangement then stop by here. There is a restroom which was clean and cool. It wasn’t extremely busy and there were plenty of opportunities for great photos.
We spent about an hour here and really took it all in. They have master gardeners that keep the flowers and plants. The kids loved the ducks and turtles.

May not be great for those who may have trouble with stairs or mid grade inclines.
