The boating closes by 6-7pm . there are boats of all kinds & not very costly ( as it is in Fatehsagar lake udaipur ). You may visit lake... More

I traveled here in December 2016, its a beautiful place for a day outing. It is huge, you will have to walk a lot if you do not have any other convenience. There are paddle boats given on rent for 30 mins and also a ferry will take you to small island in middle of lake, you should try both.... More

Liked this place for its reasonable maintenance even though this lake is centuries old. Things to do around the lake are pretty standard such as boat riding, lake side eateries. But you can spend lot of quality time sitting besides the lake or take a long walk.

Enjoy boat rides, sailing and enjoy with ducks. It is 40 km long largest lake in M.P. and beautifully maintained by tourism development. One just cannot think of Bhopal... More

Excellent attraction to visit with your family, children and friends. You will love the scenery beauty. All day open but before 6 pm else you will not be able to enjoy boating. Approach to the ticketing counter directly; tickets are economical and easily available do not get misguided with the middle men and private players. Do see the Shivalik war... More
