Rani Roopmati pavillion or mahal is a small watch tower with beautiful view of plains from the top. It is said to be built by Baaz Bahadur for his love Rani Roopmati. Best time to visit is during sunrise and sunset.

This is main attraction of Mandu. Better take a guide to know the real story. Little slope and stairs climbing is there but manageable for every age. Take atleast two hours to see full and in relax mood taking snaps and selfies.

This was never a palace but a military observation post. The ground floor has stable for the horses. Roopmati stayed here because the terrace affords great views of the Nimar valley and river Narmada
