Beautifully restored Pugin cathedral. It is situated in the centre of the town and is in walking distance of the castle.

Our group easily voted this as the most beautiful cathedral we saw in Ireland. The refurbishments including archway painting true to the original patterns and designs were exceptional. Well worth our walk up from a riverside park.
