Excellent overview of Algonquin Park logging history. Good introductory video and great outdoor exhibits. Staff is very friendly and willing to answer questions.

This walk isn't difficult, but is an excellent journey through the history of logging in Algonquin Park. There are excellent explanations and examples of equipment and buildings.

I was fortunate in that I was spending the day with a former logger, but this is truly a great experience to see what our ancestors did with what we see now as primitive technology and how they lived. Fascinating!

Fantastic little trail, ideal for a leg stretch. Plenty of info boards about logging and the hardships of working in the wilderness. There is a boat, train, log cabins and numerous exhibits to keep all content. Trail is about 1.3km long give or take, cheeky...More

We enjoyed the Logging Museum and Trail and found it an easy walk with interesting and informative exhibits. Recommended for young and old to learn about all aspects of life in times gone by in the logging industry, well worth a visit.

I hadn't expected the museum trail to be set out the way it was. THe gentle walk was perfect for my 94 year old mum. We saw life as it was for the loggers - what a way to make a living

A lovely trail with informative displays. Bit of a hill could be a challenge for those with physical disabilities. Take time to smell the fungi and mushrooms-especially in September. Plenty of photo opportunity sites.

Great bit of history captured, well worth a visit. Give you a real understanding of life gone by. The style of logging over the years to the present conservation era. Very well explained.
