My Sweetie and I rode on a dinner cruise for New Year's Eve 2017. The customer service was outstanding. We enjoyed multiple course meal, dessert and champagne. The boat left the Berkeley harbor and we sailed the SF Bay around the Golden Gate Bridge and back to the SF harbor and at midnight the boat stopped so the passengers could go outside and watch the fireworks. Spectacular! We finished our amazing evening by dancing to music played by the DJ before the boat returned to Berkeley. We loved our experience!

Service was impeccable -- staff was engaging, friendly and accommodating. Food was good but was served lukewarm to cold which was sad. Champagne kept coming so that was good lol. They also had a full bar if cocktails / beer is more your thing. A nice 2 hour ride around the bay, guests are invited to go outside and enjoy the view. Luckily it was sunny but the wind made it brrrrr so bring a jacket! Photo op everywhere : before and during the cruise. Live music was not bad, though, it could've been more upbeat. Very relaxing way to spend the first day of the new year.

My husband suggested to me to take this cruise around the Bay Area, so I went to look for the days and find out they were having the brunch for Mother's Day, and decided it could be nice not only for me but also for my 89 years old mother-in-law! We reached early so we went inside the Double Tree Hotel since the boarding area is adjacent to it, and have some snacks at the coffee place, they have a nice restaurant inside but we were having lunch at the cruise. The boarding time is 30 minutes before the departure time, and the Cruise's stuff make sure to follow all safety procedures from beginning to end of this wonderful experience. Just before go aboard the cruise, one of the stuff takes a picture of your group and at the end of the cruise your pictures will be ready, one for each ticket paid! As you walk into the cabin you will be received with a glass or champagne or mimosa and for the little ones they will bring some apple cider to your table, they assigned our table, they were tables for just two, some for four like our party, and even a large table for a big group of 12! The brunch has delicious bread, asparagus, salads, scrambled eggs, french toast, tofu and eggplant, bacon, sausages, and other meats, later they change to fruit salad, pecan pie, apple pie, warm bread pudding, coconut, and strawberry pastries! The whole time we were entertained by a very professional and excellent singer, who made our meal very enjoyable! We were able to walk to the decks, and enjoy the views, but be advised it is hard to walk around for the motion but it is really fun, our five years old daughter said, that it was like walking in a train! Of course, my mother-in-law waited at the table while we walked at the decks, but in the meantime she could enjoy the music, views and meal.
