Beautiful white sand and clear blue waves! This is a Long Beach and provides a nice walk with gorgeous views. Our dog had a blast playing in the water, which was frigid! It’s pristine, family-friendly and dog-friendly. Parking along the road was easy. Highly recommend a visit if you’re visiting Carmel By The Sea!

Gorgeous little town. Wonderful views on the beach and lovely walks arround the town. Not much else to do. Surprises by limited offer of shopping and restaurants. One day is largely enough

Carmel beach boardwalk is beautiful. Western side Pacific ocean with clear blue waves and white sand. This is little bit long beach and provides a nice walk.

We briefly visited this beach before starting on the Scenic Road drive. The pluses were lots of parking spots, volleyball courts and walking distance to the shops on Ocean Avenue. The negatives were a lot more people. Better views of the Pacific Ocean could also be seen elsewhere in Carmel with less crowds and nicer beach surroundings.

I was on a work trip in Monterey and only had a few hours of sunlight to spare and was told to visit Carmel Beach. Punched that in GPS and off I went. And it was totally worth it! Driving down to the beach, I passed all the cute little shops in Carmel which I visited after a long walk and some nice pictures on the beach. Definitely worth a trip if you have several hours to spare. Wide white sand beach! Several very unique photo opportunities. Highly recommended!

My husband and I took an awesome walk from our hotel to the beach in this sophisticated seaside town. The beautiful white sand and greenish blue water relaxed my soul and captured my heart. It wasn’t warm enough to go swimming but the strolls and scenic views were both breathtaking and unforgettable. The homes along the beach are also gorgeous.

This is a beautiful beach for family and friends. Tidepools on occasion and perfect for romantic walks. Sunsets are breathtaking.

So nice in the early morning when the crowds are still asleep...love the stairways to the beach and watching the dogs stroll the boardwalk.

nice walk through the one of the nicest beach on the earth...so many waves along and cold pacific ocean...inside.there are many birds along the beach and also a animals so cold otters...don forget to come here when u travel along road 101...through california...it is soooo beutiful and amazing...
