A very nice beach, relaxing and quiet. Clean beach and well looked after. I went here as a kid and it hasn't changed from years ago. :-)

Personally I liked both the natural beach area as well as the commercial in Clacton. This coast line from point clear with a... More

This beach is dirty, not weeded. Rubbish and just not inviting. Jaywick is the best beach along here.

Beach cleaner than other years having visited this area regular. I did not see any litter. The weather on the day i visited was overcast and raining and so no one was on the beach however a few dog walkers.

a lot of free space, sun and sea, good for a walk or a run with the dogs. Buildings nearby rather to ignore if you can.

Mostly used by the caravaners that are close by and a very large complex. The beach is ok, a bit stony, but a large verity of sea birds that have nesting grounds in the area, also if still there a nudist colony in the summer months. A Sunday market during the summer months also However the best are the sunsets,... More

Nice beach the Sailor Boy public house near to it, huge caravan complex near by on Dundas a market is held. St Osyth the village is three miles away with great shops typical chocolate box houses in some places. Typical 1950's 1960's cheap fun and enjoyment

Booked 3 nights last weekend in a Gold Plus caravan - if this is gold plus goodness knows what the bronze would be like!! Shabby, run down and not very clean - queried the standard at reception to be told it is gold and bronze would be 'much worse'. Asked to be moved to a better caravan, informed fully booked!... More
