I used to love St. Osyth Beach as a child, but the last time I visited it was not so nice as there seemed to be very little beach, and no facilities nearby except for caravan parks. Maybe there is a better part of the beach and perhaps I went to the wrong part. I really do not know.

A very nice beach, relaxing and quiet. Clean beach and well looked after. I went here as a kid and it hasn't changed from years ago. :-)

Personally I liked both the natural beach area as well as the commercial in Clacton. This coast line from point clear with a... More

This beach is dirty, not weeded. Rubbish and just not inviting. Jaywick is the best beach along here.

Beach cleaner than other years having visited this area regular. I did not see any litter. The weather on the day i visited was overcast and raining and so no one was on the beach however a few dog walkers.

a lot of free space, sun and sea, good for a walk or a run with the dogs. Buildings nearby rather to ignore if you can.
