Nice place to be quiet and listen to the waves. There are many benches to chose from. The garden is beautiful : the fish pond, the flowers.

There is no charge to visit the gardens. As for the best time of year, I have been there in October as well as January and February. Each time I have visited, there have been flowers in bloom. Much care goes into maintaining... More
