Beautiful!

Beautiful setting on a hill. Don't leave Ferndale without visiting the cemetary. Very unique and pretty.

Historic cemetery with older and modern burials. Very peaceful and a nice walk. Top of the cemetery has good views over the valley/town.

Ferndale was a quaint village whose highpoint were victorian buildings. the cemetary afforded great perspective on the village and its history.

Climb to the top and enjoy the view. Interesting to read some of the headstones from the past, interesting history of the town of Ferndale. Remeber to please be respectful of the grounds.

This old cemetery is very well kept up and it is in my opinion the best view of the village. Don't go to Ferndale without the taking in the view from the cemetery.

Take a walk through the history of ferndale. Also on a clear day the view from the upper end is spectacular!

We wandered into the cemetery a bit after its posted hours, but the gate was unlocked. We strolled up to the top of the hill and enjoyed the view. I liked the visit, but I wouldn't want to spend eternity there.

This is an awesome place to check out, especially if it's foggy! It's very eerie no matter what the weather and definitely worth a visit.

The whole cemetery is constructed on a fairly steep hill. It makes you wonder how with only horse and wagons they were able to climb this steep hill with narrow pathways.

This cemetery in my opinion is what gives Ferndale it's quirky and rather strange quality. It feels like a place that should be a setting for a movie (and I understand that several movies have been made here).
