This is a great place for lunch or a snack about 7 miles outside of Healdsburg. Menu features wonderful salads sandwiches and casual lunchtime fare. The store itself has a fun funky mid century vintage look with old fashioned candy like strips and bubble gum cigars for sale. It a great combination of old time atmosphere and light contemporary flavors... More

The Jimtown Store is a small country store and deli along Hwy 128 on the way to Healdsburg if you're headed west or Calistoga if you're headed east. The store itself is quite small, but within you'll be entertained by what you find in every nook and cranny. The deli food has always been very high quality and unique. We... More

Jimtown Store is at one end of the Alexander Valley wine tasting region located between Jordan winery and the Stonestreet tasting room. It is an inconspicuous building that is easily passed by. I had stopped there previously only to find it closed. I enjoyed their take on a Taco Salad which was prepared with Chorizo and a perfectly spiced vinaigrette... More

This store has it all! Coffee, sandwiches, souvenirs, beer and penny candy! We even connected with Anthony the chef who prepared dinner for us at the house we rented! Delicious meal with fresh vegetables and herbs from the Jimtowns garden.

This is such a great little store and lunch place right in the middle of Alexander Valley. We stopped there to grab a bite on a recent trip out to some wineries. They have a great mix of antiques, cafe and take away food, and a fun atmosphere to enjoy. Loved it!

If you are in the area, don't miss this darling little store. Right when you walk in you feel as if you go back in time. They serve coffee and fresh pastries as well as assorted sandwiches and things you might need for a picnic in the wine country. We picked up several darling little trinkets while shopping and really... More

Located in the middle of beautiful Alexandr Valley, its the perfect stop whether you're traveling by bike, motorcycle or car. Don't forget to explore the fun gifts up front and the mercantile and antique store in the back. They... More

Stopped here on our recent wine tasting trip through Sonoma County on the recommendation from a winery just down the street. It was a Monday and they were out of many ingredients and so could make a limited number of the items on their menu. I thought the sandwiches were just ok. There are definitely some interesting combinations - but... More

Recently, Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and it was a great day to visit. We got lucky and it was not crowded. we had the pulled pork sandwich and a smoked brisket sandwich. We live in the area but just don't get out here too often, but is worth the trip out. They have good fresh food (albeit pricey)... More

Jimtown is my must-stop location whenever I'm cycling the Alexander Valley. The sandwiches, the soup-of-day, are gourmet and have never disappointed in >5 years of this being a regular stop. Truly a wine-country gem. There's always traffic, but I have yet to find it super-busy. I'll point out, it's got one of the best souvenir stores in the wine country,... More
