There are plenty of tourist-centric wineries in the North Bay wine country (and even more in Napa). But if you are a local (or wish you were a local) and understand wine and want to learn more, Dry Creek Winery is your place. Not a place for smooth jazz concerts in your Tommy Bahama shirt, so if you want to... More

I had seen Dry Creek wine with the distinctive sail boat labels in the stores. I didn't know much about the wine but had received a bottle as a gift. We were in the area tasting wine and decided to stop in the Tasting Room at Dry Creek Vineyard. We had a great experience. There were pretty gardens. Our server... More

I have not been to Dry Creek Vineyard for several years. The good news is it seems the same. There is a nice grassy picnic area out front. Unfortunately it was a very rainy day so were unable to sit and enjoy some nice wine and appetizers. The person helping us at the tasting was very knowledgeable on the their... More

Maybe, I was given a list of not so good wines because it was a complimentary tasting. Based on what my wife and I tasted, we were not pleased or impressed with their wine. You only have to go a little farther down Dry Creek Road to find exceptional wines.

Tasted some terrific wines at Dry Creek. Our host, Karen, did a great job matching wines to try based upon our palates. Loved their Zinfandels in particular! Only downside was that we had to choose our favorite from so many options. Purchased the Wallace Zinfandel and look forward to enjoying it.

Dropped in for a late afternoon off-season tasting. Was greeted by the friendly hostess and shown five great wines. With discussion took 45 minutes right up to closing. Great times with great people.

We had a large group for a wine tasting at Dry Creek Vineyard, and I must admit that the property and grounds are beautiful! Dry Creek Vineyards is a great location for a picnic lunch, which we did after we grabbed a yummy lunch from the Dry Creek General Store. That part of the winery was wonderful. Our tasting was... We had a great tasting experience at Dry Creek, with a very well informed young lady helping us through and absolutely marvelous selection of Zins, plus a fabulous Sauvignon Blanc and Cab Sauv.... They even helped us with great advice on other places to taste, including a gin/bourbon distiller in Sebastopol. We'll definitely be returning to Dry Creek

The cellar was amazing!! The people that we see here, generally only at holiday times, have become close friends. Kim, the owner of Dry Creek is her steller self -lovely, vivacious and welcoming. Tim, the winemaker, has become very articulate about his vision as he gains confidence in his wines as they've gone out into the world to garner award... More

Dry Creek Vineyards is a great location for a picnic lunch. We stopped by the Dry Creek General Store for sandwiches and headed for Dry Creek Vineyards. We first did a wine tasting - treated more like a number than a valued guest. Wines were nice but the service certainly was not stellar and the staff certainly were not welcoming... More
