Lucky for Healdsburg that is has retained the central square common to a few other Sonoma County towns. While its large neighbor to the south, Santa Rosa, long ago destroyed the character and purpose of a town square, Healdsburg, like the beautiful one in Sonoma,...More

On a beautiful day, there is nothing more relaxing than strolling the shops around the Healdsburg Plaza, perhaps getting some ice cream or an iced tea and sitting in the plaza; where you will witness kids playing in the fountain and people just relaxing and...More

In the middle of downtown Healdsburg, is a nice park that runs a full square block. Shops and restaurants surround the park. Lots of mature trees and park benches to relax and take in the beautiful scenery.

Sit on the grass or benches, check out the crowds and the redwoods. Taste wines nearby and stroll around to enjoy life.

This is a must visit town. A perfect spot to picnic, have a coffee and muffin or throw a penny in the fountain and make a wish.

Loved the square and its quiet beauty & all the surrounding shops, eateries & store front wineries. Big enough to give you lots of choices but small enough to walk around.

Probably not. The plaza has lots of events organized on the weekends including art shows. You'll need to run it by the City of Healdsburg and if you are selling your paintings you'll need to get a business permit.
