This was a wonderful venue but unfortunately the county hit them with a major use permit requirement and it was financially impossible to continue. too bad for locals and tourists.

Great visit. Very interesting insight into gold mining. Didn't travel very far into the actual mine but this didn't matter at all. Glen our 'guide' was brilliant and certainly knew his subject very well.

I was a little worried about walking the mine because I had several foot surgeries and don't walk too well. It was an easy walk and very cool (temperature) inside.
