Like the good ole' times, a classic drive-in cinema showcasing a double feature. Don't see much of these around and it was a great learning experience for the younger generation. Catch a good movie under the stars with traditional snack bar offerings, a blanket and folding chairs. An excellent way to spend the evening.

A great setting every time. I especially like the drive in during the summer. With all the Grandkids how could it not be an absolute blast.

We had a wonderful time.... 3 cars 20 people! ($25 for up to 7 in the car). Sat outside on lawn chairs listening to audio on radio.

I try to go to first-run movies on weekday matinees. I've actually been to movies in this theater and had only 2 other people in the room. Terrific! The parking lot usually has less than 30 cars on weekdays. The only time I've ever seen the parking lot full was on Christmas Day a couple years ago, when "War Horse" opened. The popcorn is terrific, but is, like most theaters, way overpriced. I still need a popcorn fix, though, a couple times a year. Employees are usually very nice, and try to make any waiting time as short as possible. I've gotten really spoiled by this theater, and find it hard to go to movies in big cities after the delightful experience of the Lakeport Cinema.

It's the only cinema close to us. The other one is in Ukiah, about 35 miles away. Average prices, decent movies and the popcorn is okPretty clean and the bathrooms have lots of stalls. Very important when you've drank a large diet cola and sat through a 2 hr movie.
