The wines were good, the tour of the facility was really nice and the woman doing the tasting was very knowledgeable and didn't rush us. We got to taste wine and go to the Vineyard to see the grapes it was made from.

Family owned; David Lucas and his wife Heather, who is the skilled winemaker. Certified organic. Hand-picked grapes. A lovely range of fine wines. Lovely Cru Room in which a number of delightful events are held. The Lodi area is filled with terrific wineries, but this is our favorite. Try the standout ZinStar!

This winery is a awesome place to stop, grab a bottle of wine & sit outside at one of the picnic tables that look out over Cayuga Lake! It's relaxing and everyone is VERY friendly. If you have your dog with - they are VERY dog friendly! BOOM!

My wife and I did a tour of six or so wineries in Lodi over the course of a day. This one by far stood out as a special winery for it's quality and boutique nature. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great top to bottom tour, thoughtful explanation of the wines, and looking for... More

We stopped in here on a whim by a recommendation from the visitors center. The $10 tasting includes a very informative tour of the winery and vineyard, your glass and 5 different wines. Very good price and tons of information from the guide. I have done tons of wine tastings and the atmosphere here as well as the knowledgeable staff... More

My husband and I enjoyed our visit and were happy that the vineyard part of the tour was short and sweet, it was hot outside! Our guide, Cami White, was delightful and very knowledgeable. I don't drink wine, but I did enjoy the couple of cheeses and olive oil that were available for tasting. Overall, a pleasant experience and my... More

We were given an excellent tour of the vineyards and sampled some old Zin wines which were pretty tasty.

We were staying in Stockton for business and saw a flyer about Lodi vinyards and decided to try a few. We had so much fun at all the vineyards but Lucas stood out. We arrived about 20 minutes before it closed, which was great because we got focused attention. With each tasting at this vineyard we did something different: pruning... More

One of my top two wineries after visiting 9 over a weekend in Lodi. I loved their Zinfandel rose and the two other estate Zinfandels we tasted. Sarah was very knowledgeable about their wine and the surrounding area. Highly recommend.

Four of us ended the day here and what a great time! Most informative wine tour I've done. The Blonde gal that gave us the tasting and tour made it fun. Very relaxed and never rushed. Bought a few bottles as well. A must stop and a pretty winery
