I prepaid our tour a couple months ago. The day before we received an email stating the times. Saturday am we drive an hour there when we get there, the guy said they changed the tone on us. Unfortunately we could not make the time as we had prior plans. I requested a cancellation and receipt the email saying it was cancelled and refunded. Never received the refund and have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Very disappointed

I live about 1.5 hours from LA and have taken this tour with Ultimate Hollywood Tours company three times & decided to do this company just to try it out. I talked it UP to my friends who were visiting for the first time. We were all soooo excited. Our guide, Bruce I believe is his name, was monotone & talked more about the landscape and how there was houses ‘in the hills’ more than celebrity homes. It slipped his mind on one celebrity tour and passed one up. I get it. It happens. But it was such a let down. My friends were literally falling asleep (as well as the guy in the front row). It was not exciting at all and they really need to spruce up their tour to even remotely compare to the experience with Ultimate Hollywood Tour company and they’re cheaper. We didn’t get out once like we normally do with Ultimate to get a pic in front of the Hollywood sign. I always tip but I saw not one person tipped when they got off the ride. The tour was from 3:30pm and we were dropped off around 5:50pm. The one thing I was impressed by was that they called me at 3:25pm to make sure my group was coming as I was walking up. That’s the only time I was relatively pleased.

We visited L.A and decided to do a celebrity home tour and the beach. It was supposed to be a nice guided tour but our guide Rosa said absolutely nothing the entire tour or should I say ride because that's all she did was just ride us around. Towards the end of the tour, say about 15-20 minutes left, she decided to turn on the prerecorded guide, which was useless at that point. I really believe she overheard me talking about a wasted trip, because that's when the prerecorded tour started, hmm. A tour that was only supposed to take 2.5 hours took about 3.5 hours. It was so much time wasted and I wish we would have NEVER taken that trip. We had another tour scheduled for 1630 the Hollywood and Beverly Hills tour with open bus tours and they were AMAZING! I highly suggest you DO NOT use Starline tours with Rosa or anyone🤬
